Cheers to Art - fundraising event

Our fundraiser at the Northland Bowl in State College, PA. Starts at 6p. Come enjoy a night of simple painting with Jackie and enjoy your favorite dinner and bevearge !  $15 admission; email to:karyn.morrison@northlandbowl.com with names of your group to reserve a spot.

Soroptimist Golf Classic - successful fundraiser!

The club's signature fundraiser was held on Sept. 19th.  Many club members volunteered in the planning and on the day of the event.  Great work by all!  We raised over $7000 for our service funds, to support additional programming for the Live Your Dream awards program and to provide additional support for projects and organizations who share our mission to help women and children at risk in our community.  We also continue to raise awareness of our work and mission throughout the Centre Region.

Soroptimist of the Year 2021

Congratulations to Leslie Conklin - our club's Soroptimist of the Year!  Her energy and enthusiasm for the mission of the club is unwavering.  Along with this recognition comes the plaque cross-stiched by one of our founding members, Karen Trennepohl, whiich shows many ribbons woven together, symbolizing the actions of all our members weaving/working together to achieve our mission.  Well deserved Leslie!
